We are an established recreational cannabis extract and edible company based in Eugene, Oregon, with a successful track record spanning 8 years.
Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team, focusing on enhancing customer relationships, facilitating deliveries, and participating in "Vendor Days" statewide.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles, managing customer relations, and ensuring compliance with METRC manifests.
Expectations include extensive travel within Oregon to ensure client satisfaction, inventory replenishment, and prompt order deliveries.
Additionally, you will be engaged in occasional "Vendor Days," typically scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays, where you'll set up informational booths to educate both budtenders and consumers about our products in retail environments.
The typical work schedule will span from Tuesday to Friday averaging around 30 hours per week, although flexibility into Saturday is required to accommodate Vendor Days, which occur approximately twice a month during the bustling spring and summer seasons.
Saturday shifts predominantly involve three-hour Vendor Day commitments alongside travel to and from event locations.
Furthermore, one day per week will be dedicated to collaborating with our packaging department to assist in the gramming and packaging of products for sale.
This position serves as an excellent entry point into cannabis sales, with ample opportunities for advancement within the organization following gaining relevant experience.
Required Qualifications:
* Possession of a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
* Minimum age requirement of 21 years
* Outgoing personality, positive demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow directions, think quickly, and efficiently complete tasks
* Clean or commendable driving record (subject to background checks)
* Genuine passion for cannabis edibles and extracts
Bonus Qualifications Include:
* Previous retail sales experience
* Prior experience with METRC
* Background in wholesale sales and account management
* Prior experience as a brand ambassador or sales representative
