As a cashier, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide superior customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs and inquiries
• Handle cash transactions, including ringing up sales and honoring coupons
• Enroll customers in our rewards program
• Maintain assigned areas of the store
• Represent the store and company positively, embodying our values and commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong desire for continuous improvement
• Ability to listen, analyze, and provide guidance to customers
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Compensation
Wages for this position range from $14.
20 to $16.
00 per hour, depending on experience.
