About the Role: The Keyholder is an in-store position, that helps maintain the superior level of customer service and store maintenance we are known for.
You'll have the opportunity to lead one of our best-in-class stores and will also become an expert in footwear and foot health.
You will be able to share your knowledge with customers and staff to provide the best level of service possible.
Responsibilities Include: - Opening and closing duties - Store merchandising - Store cleanliness and basic maintenance - Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
- Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary - Inventory management - Processing and reporting sales transactions - Assist the manager with employee training and development.

00 per hour - The pay range is the minimum hourly rates for this position.
- This is a commission-based position and has uncapped sales commission earning potential.

Position Requirements: - Minimum of one year in fashion retail, required.
- One year of retail supervisory experience, preferred.
- At least two years of work experience involving cash handling, required.
- Available for full day shifts, including weekends.
