Need room for rent asap. (Eugene Oregon)

Male, 45 with employment, looking for a calm, chill, drama free place.
I don't drink and would prefer a house with someone who is not a heavy drinker or hard drug user don't mind if your a 420 person.
Need to be out of the place I am at by 5-2-2024.
I would like to be able to have a cat, but mine is being taken care of by someone at the moment so if I can't have him it would kind of suck but he has a person to take care of him, so it's not a deal breaker.
