ISO rent/ work exchange (Springfield)

I am currently near Springfield oregon but don't mind relocating.
Please only serious responses and please read entire post before you reply.
I'm looking for a place that I can stay while I'm awaiting my disability claim.

I can cook, clean, I've even done caregiving for a long time and am able to do that as long as there isn't any heavy lifting as I have to much damage in my body from over use.
I'm quiet, clean, kind and genuine and just looking for a safe place as where I am is very unstable and putting me in a very bad mental state.
