I'm a grad student at UO and I'm looking for a room to rent until I graduate in June.
I'll likely be moving out by July 1st, but will communicate if it becomes longer.
I'll have to give my 30 day notice before leaving my current location, so the move-in date would be around April 1st.
I can pass a background check, credit check, and provide references upon request.
I'm a 31 yr old male, in school to become an elementary teacher.
Currently student teaching at Edgewood and working at Olive Garden on the weekends.
My schedule would keep me away from the house most of the day (9-4 on weekdays), and lunch/dinner shift on the weekends.
When I am home I'm either sleeping, cooking, or in my room.
Most nights I'm out late playing pool with a buddy, but I often don't drink and am very quiet coming home.
I'm clean, quiet, and respectful, with no pets.
I do have a computer desk/end table and a small nightstand, would appreciate the ability to accommodate these furnishing, but might be able to survive with just the computer desk.

Looking for a room, preferably lightly furnished (bed).
Laundry and wifi would be amazing, but I could survive if laundry isn't optional.
Would appreciate somebody who's clean, communicates, and shares spaces well.
My budget is around 600-700/mo.
