Seeking Housing (Eugene/Springfield)

In search of quiet and peaceful room to rent.
Looking for a responsible, quiet, clean, home in the Springfield or Eugene area.
No heavy drinking, no drugs or drama.
I have no pets.
I am a middle-aged disabled older man.
But I am not invalid.
I can still take care of myself pretty well, I just can't walk or stand up for very long due to a bad back.
The stairs would probably be an issue but I can still make it happen.
I keep to myself, I cause no drama, but I do like to listen to music a lot.
But I will not be blasting any speakers real loud.
I am on a fixed income so I don't know if I could afford very much on rent so I mean I'm looking to be reasonable for some type of low income housing.
But I am also willing to do whatever it takes to get in a place because at my age and in my condition it's not good to be homeless.
