Male looking for chill household (Springfield)

Looking for a room to rent.
Budget is 600 and that’s including utilities.
I have many hobbies like golf, fishing and video games.
Prefer the house to be sober of alcohol but 420 friendly! Also prefer a male household.
I do occasionally have my one year old daughter.
I love to cook, I clean up after myself and am respectful of others.
Do not need much but if the room is furnished that’s a +.
Preferably Springfield area to be close to my daughter but I work in Creswell at a golf manufacturer so anywhere in between is perfect.
Would consider Jasper area or Pleasant Hill.
