Property Manager - Tax Credit

_*What are we looking for? *_ This is a full time position for a tax credit/PBV property.
The ideal candidate for this full time position will have a background in property management with at least 2 years of Tax Credit or HUD experience.
_*Brief Job Description: *_Duties include typical property management duties plus timely and accurate processing of all Move-In, Annual and Interim certifications.
Knowledge of LIHTC, Fair Housing laws and practices, basic knowledge of Washington State Landlord/Tenant law, monitoring preventative maintenance of safety features and regular upkeep etc.
is required.
