Property Manager - Eugene

Seeking an experienced full time Property Manager for our office in Eugene.
Our team oriented office demands professionalism and the ability to quickly relay information to owners, tenants and vendors.
Applicant prerequisites include: 1.
2 years property management experience.
2.
Knowledge of Oregon Landlord / Tenant Law and Fair Housing guidelines.
3.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
(Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher) 4.
Property management software experience.
5.
Exemplary communication skills.
(Interpersonal, Phone, Email and Text) 6.
Exemplary time management skills.
7.
Exemplary self-motivation skills.
8.
Ability to drive and perform property inspections.
9.
Growth driven You will work as a member of a team to ensure prompt and friendly service to our tenants, owners, and venders.
This position is full time, and applicant would report daily to our Eugene office.
