Property Manager

*Property Manager * Stewardship Development, an affordable housing real estate development company is looking for a positive take-charge individual to be an on-site manager at a mid-size low-income housing tax credit apartment community.
The ideal candidate will play a central role in keeping the business operations and activities organized, on track and moving forward.
Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment; comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the challenging and can work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a smile and a sense of humor.
Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of property management including: * Manage tenant issues * Application processing * Facilitate compliance process for all applications * Prepare and sign leases with residents * Perform property inspections * Facilitate property lease-up * Comply with appropriate landlord/tenant statures * Carefully analyze and control all property expenses to ensure reasonable cost/benefit ratio Requirements: * 2+ years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience working with LIHTC properties is desired.
* Ability to work independently, problem-solve and make decisions.
* Detail oriented.
* Good people skills, including patience.
* Proven mastery of Office applications including Word and Excel * Must be experienced in using the Internet as a daily research tool.
* Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows and changes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $60,000.
