Binx needs a home (Westfir)

See neutered male cat.
Needs a new home.
He is located in Eugene but can be brought to Westfir / Oakridge.
He may need relitter trained as he started marking outside the box when home alone.
House owner says he has to go.
He’s primarily been an indoor cat until the landlord found out about the marking.
Trying to find him a loving home he’s a sweet boy.
Very vocal.
Been around dogs and kids but no other cats.
