ISO - young small to medium sized dog (Springfield (Gateway St))

I'm in search of a young, quiet, small to medium sized dog.
Must be good with cats and children.
Not interested in a puppy.
Dog must be UTD on vaccines and have vet records.
Must be kennel and potty trained.
Would like to meet the dog a couple times before making my final decision to adopt or not.
