Seeking cat/kitten who likes dogs (Hayden bridge)

Our sweet cat passed away at 18 yrs old.
We are looking for a new friend for our German shepherd.
She is 3 yrs old and loves cats.
All the neighborhood cats visit her and sleep on the porch with her but she is missing her best friend.
A kitten would probably be best.
Our dog is very loving and protective of her friends.
The cat/kitten would have a inside/outdoor lifestyle.
And would we spayed/neutered asap.
