3.5 ft display fridge for repair or convert to incubator or? Trades or $75 obo.. (Eugene)

I bought this for $125 newish on eBay to convert to incubator.
It was a floor model.
It works but it doesn't keep anything cold.
🤷 It could be a easy fix if you wanted to use it for a drink case.
(They run for $400 working/new) But I recommend this to anyone looking for a ball python/snake/lizard incubator.
It will take 40-50$ to convert this into an awesome incubator.
It already has a digital thermometer on the front and either a exhaust fan or place to put exhaust fan in wall on the back.
Then you just get heat tape, thermostat and some egg boxes.
