Young budgie (parakeets) pair needed rehoming (Eugene)

I have 2 very cute and free spirited budgies, Sunny and Tink(erbell) that need a home where they can fly around.
Either a large room or aviary.
They are little living room terrors, and my wife is losing her mind.
They are about 8 months (white face blue female)and 9 months (yellow face blue) old and enjoy human cohabitation, but will not allow to be touched.
They will land on my head or shoulder sometimes.
They will eat millet perched on my hand too.
I will include a travel cage, if needed.
I do love these birds, but they leave me no alternative.
They are trained to return to their cage with little effort.
They eat a variety of food, including thawed frozen mixed vegetables and fresh sprouts.
Millet is their favorite treat.
They love to swim in misted wheatgrass tufts daily.
They must get a great home.
