My all white husky got out (EUGENE)

My dog Sparrow got off of her leash while she and I were running earlier today.
She is terrified of other people and ends up booking it.
Someone said that she was hit by a car bumper but that she kept running.
This has happened before but she usually comes home pretty quick.
She unfortunately got her collar off, but she is an all-white husky with bright blue eyes.
She got off of her leash by Prince Pucklers in Eugene.
Please let me know if anyone sees anything or hears anything.
She is genuinely my best friend and I don't know what to do.
