Rosboro Is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for our multi-plant production facility located in Springfield, Oregon.

The duties of the Electrical Supervisor include but will not be limited to: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise, and mentor, a team of Journeyman Electricians and apprentices in safely maintaining and repairing multiple fast paced production facilities.
Plan and coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance, and projects, are in code compliance with the NEC NFPA 70E, and all local codes.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities.
Make recommendations for optimization of processes.
Maintain timekeeping system for employees.
Ensure all employees operating within company rules and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge.
LMPJ or greater Licensed with preference given to applicants that possess a Supervising Electricians License.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in all aspects of power and control systems.
Comfortability in utilizing current and legacy Rockwell software across various network architectures.
Motion control and/or wood production optimization scanning experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and concise verbal, and written, communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
