Summary of Job Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist with Hughes Fire Equipment, Inc.
an employee will represent our company at our home office.
The perfect candidate will be outgoing, have a friendly personality, obtain strong computer skills, and works well with others.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional and professional phone and in-person customer service skills.
The employee must be able to conduct themselves professionally in stressful situations.
Essential Functions
• Answering multiple phone lines and transferring calls and taking messages as needed
• Provide office support to administration team
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
• Greeting customers in-person
