We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our community adult outpatient clinic.
This position offers a unique opportunity for clinicians interested in making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations within the public mental health system, all while maintaining an exceptional work/life balance.
As a Nurse Practitioner with Lane County Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments, consultations, and follow-up appointments for clients in our general adult and/or forensic clinic.
You'll have the chance to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population.
Additionally, there may be opportunities for integrated care within affiliated primary care clinics.
This is a full-time position, and we are open to considering part-time requests as well.

Services include treatment for children, families, and adults.
Services can be accessed through a variety of programs focusing on mental health issues.
Lane County Behavioral Health Services is a public mental health provider receiving funding from state mental health grants and client fees, some of which may be in the form of Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance carriers’ reimbursements.
_\*Lane County employees may be eligible for student loan repayment:_ *Public Service Loan Forgiveness* *National Health Service Corps* *Schedule: *Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm \*This is an AFSCME Nurses represented position\* *QUALIFICATIONS:* *Training:* * Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program specific to the expanded specialty of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
*Experience:* * No experience required.
* An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
*Preferred Requirements:* * No specific experience is required but experience working in outpatient mental health clinics, particularly those that serve individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, preferred.
*Special Requirements (The following are required at the time of hire):* * State of Oregon Registered Nurse license * Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) * National Certification by a nationally recognized board * National Provider Identifier (NPI) * Current BLS/CPR * Diploma * Transcripts * CV or Resume * Oregon Driver's License * Certificate granting full prescription authority.
* Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
