Care provider, willing to learn new things (West Eugene)

I am a quad and I rely on a ventilator to support my breathing 24/7.
I have care providers 24/7 who come into my home to care for me and support my lifestyle.
I am looking for someone with some experience suctioning or someone who feels they could learn this quickly.
Need you to be very dependable and reliable.
I have eveving shifts available immediately.
You should have some flexibility with your schedule so you can help fill in for others when they are out.
Considered full time and enhanced care.
Able to learn to read lips, pay attention to detail and have lots of patience are critical.
Employment would be through Senior and disabled services or New Horizons, but you would go through me first to interview.
Must love small dogs.
Job includes light housekeeping, some personal care, assistance with eating, and some related medical care tasks.
