*Skycloud Mental Health* is a clinician-led hybrid psychiatric practice specializing in LGBTQIA+ related mental health care.
We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions to patients through telemedicine direct to patients' homes, with an office in Clackamas, OR.
*This is a W2 position for either 32 or 40 hours per week.
Provider may reside anywhere in OR, WA, UT, or ID, but must be willing to travel to OR on a yearly or biyearly basis based on company need (travel paid by company).

*Additional Requirements:*
* Board Certified PMHNP.
* Licensed in OR.
Must be willing to obtain a license in WA.
* Oregon DEA license and DEA license in home state if applicable
* Eligible and willing to obtain in-network status on all private insurance panels in Oregon.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
