The CNA is to conduct self in professional manner at all times while at client partner facilities and/or hospitals.
The CNA will report timely to all shifts.
The CNA will completed all tasks.
Any issues or challenges arising during the shift will be communicated directly to the facility house supervisor or nursing leader immediately.
Provide direct patient care and services in the assigned unit.
Monitor patients throughout the shift and report any emergencies to physicians promptly.
Address patient complaints in a timely fashion to ensure patient satisfaction.
Serve as a resource in interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Report medical supply and equipment needs to Supervisor.

A Skills and Direct Care Job Duties: Grooming and bathing patients.
Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs.
Assisting with meal service and eating meals.
Documentation of intake.
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort Exercising, ROM exercises.
