00 Per Hour (DOE) + $2 Hour (Sat, Sun) Day Differential + $3 Hour Eve/NOC (Fri, Sat, Sun) Differential + $350 Completion Bonus (One weekend shift per week for one month): JOB SUMMARY:: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) partnering with Radiant will work with Skilled Nursing facilities.
This role is responsible for the daily clinical care needs of the residents.
: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories * Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options * A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and communicate changes of condition to provider * Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs * Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.
