22/hour (Keep your years of service and get paid accordingly) *Shifts:* * Day, evening, NOC * Full-time, Part-time and PRN shifts available *Location:* Coast Fork Nursing Center (Cottage Grove, OR) *Medical Benefits:* * Employee Only: $35/month * Employee & Spouse: $75/month * Employee & Family: $105/month *Responsibilities/Duties:* * Provide residents with direct nursing care and assistance with daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and as directed in resident care plan.
*Qualifications:* * A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
* Must hold current Certification in the specific state in which you wish to practice.
