Onsite Maintenance Technician
Pay: Full-Time; Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports to: Property Manager
Salary and Benefits:
$20.
00 per hour commensurate with experience

Essential Functions include:
The Onsite Maintenance Technician is a full-time position, in Eugene, OR serving a Multifamily Complex with 124 units.
Overseeing and completing daily work orders, excellent communication skills are needed and required to correspond with the On-Site Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Onsite Tenants.
Scheduling repairs for facilities and equipment.
Required to do all general maintenance for facility and grounds.
Responsible for adherence to all company policies and products, including safety.
Own vehicle transportation required (Truck or Van)
Possible to live onsite
Maintenance skill knowledge experience of 2-3 years
Appofolio experience preferred
Familiarity with general property maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Excellent Safety Record/Habits
Working knowledge of HVAC systems
General building and grounds maintenance
Conducting turnover inspections including but not limited to paint, installing vinyl, sheetrock repair, etc.

Management of on-call/after-hours or emergency maintenance needs
Familiar with power, water, and gas turnoffs, and cleaning out traps.
Know emergency telephone numbers I.

Maintaining exterior grounds of the property and conducting seasonal duties such as snow removal and/or salt detailing
Participates in company meetings and programs.
Timely execution of work orders
Assists in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Picks up trash on the property.
Reports all needed repairs to Resident Property Manager
The Onsite Maintenance Technician position will evolve, and additional duties and responsibilities may be revised/added as business needs dictate.
