*Position info:* The Mental Health Therapist/QMHP provides mental health assessments, mental status exams, and person-centered strength assessment to determine medical necessity and diagnosis, working within the recovery and person-centered strengths model supporting the implementation of the service plan.
Provides individual, family and group therapy, psychoeducation, strengths-based case management, and skills training services.

60 Monthly *Licensed Therapist:* $5967.
86 Monthly *Salary Range:* Unlicensed Therapist $5683.
60 to $7481.

73 *Shift information:* Monday-Friday *Location:* Eugene *Reports to:* Clinical Supervisor and Behavioral Health Director *Requirements:* Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited college or university and be license eligible in the State of Oregon as a professional counselor, a psychologist, a marriage and family therapist, or a clinical social worker.
1-2 years of experience is preferred (Unlicensed Therapist) 2 years of experience is required.
(Licensed Therapist) Knowledge in psychological theory, principles and practices of mental health treatment including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of mental health conditions; human behavior as it relates to crisis situations and challenges of client population.
