A-1 Auto Glass, a locally owned and operated customer focused brand has been part of the Pacific NW in Oregon since the 1950’s is looking for a person to lead and drive sales.
The A-1 General Manager will be charged with leading our team to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
At the helm of our glass replacement business, you'll oversee a dynamic environment including a call center, four specialized stores, and a warehouse.
Your role is pivotal in driving top line growth, ensuring quality, and fostering a strong brand presence in our communities.

*Responsibilities:*
Operational Leadership & Team Management:
* Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of technicians and customer service staff to support the brand.
* Lead in a collaborative environment to create smooth operations across all locations, optimizing output.
Customer Satisfaction & Sales Growth:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.
* Evaluate performance against goals, ensuring top-notch customer service and store performance!
* Uphold high standards of service, driving customer loyalty to support customer retention.
Inventory Management:
* Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting and oversee inventory stock to optimize purchasing outcomes.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:
* Ensure all workmanship meets quality standards, implementing control measures that monitor performance.
* Instill a culture of excellence and attention to detail across all staff.
* Enforce safety standards to protect both employees and customers.
*Qualifications:*
* Three years' operations and people management experience in a similar industry with multi location oversight.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and software.
* Financial aptitude with budgetary knowledge to ensure profitability and understanding top line growth
*Physical Requirements:*
Lift parts up to 50 pounds, engage in frequent drives between facilities, and stand for extended periods in store or warehouse environments.

Pay: From $80,000.
