This role reports to HR but will also support the CEO and Executive team as needed.

00 per hour (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)* *Comprehensive Benefits Package* • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 403 (b) • Life Insurance • Education Assistance • Paid Time Off • Sick Pay • Wellness Programs • Work Life Balance *Responsibilities* • Maintain accurate employee records • Schedule meetings and maintain the CEO’s monthly calendar • Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events, including conference registrations, hotel accommodations, and airfare bookings • Assist employees with general HR questions • Process and manage training requests to ensure employee development initiatives run smoothly • Prepare packets and materials for Board meetings and retreats • Oversee shipping and receiving operations for staff and patients, utilizing UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, and Regular USPS Mail services • Tracking and reporting of sensitive employee information • Facilitate seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes, which include scheduling and conducting employee meetings and meticulous tracking • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data and generating insightful reports as needed • Create employee badges and Door plaques • Filing and employee record maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned by the President/CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to organizational success *Education and Experience* • High School Diploma • College experience a plus • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook a plus.
