*Responsibilities:*
As part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing healing and hope to patients, families, and communities affected by substance use disorder, Admission Specialists at Serenity Lane:
* Provide information to callers and referral sources for the admissions process and screening.
* Admit patients to programs.
* Complete Admissions packet.
* Talk with families and assist with referrals.
* Follow-up with patients after their admission and during their residential stay.
*Education and Experience:*
* CADC I Preferred.
* Associates Degree preferred
* Two years minimum required
* ASAM knowledge a plus
*Covid Requirements:*
* Proof of fully-vaccinated status or medical/religious exemption to comply with Oregon mandate.
