Cascade Health is seeking a skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to treat patients with conditions related to pelvic health/pelvic floor.
Evaluate, treat, and instruct patients to assess, prevent, correct, alleviate, and limit the signs and symptoms of physical disability, bodily malfunction, and pain.
Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Physical Therapist, with a certificate for practicing without referral preferred.
Requires work experience in an outpatient orthopedics setting with pelvic health/pelvic floor experience.
*What You Can Expect*
* Potential for relocation cost reimbursement.
* $1,000 per year for continuing ed/license reimbursement, two paid days to complete CE.
* Monday to Friday schedule, with an opportunity to work 4 10’s.

Our office is a one-story suite with two main gyms for physical therapy, one hand-therapy suite, four private treatment rooms, great parking, and is conveniently located near I-105, just off Coburg Rd.
