As a full time RN Oversight Consultant, you’ll oversee Oregon regulations and monitor change of condition assessments for both Springfield Valley and Waterford Grand communities, spending time at both locations weekly.
What Spring Valley looks for in an RN Oversight Consultant:
Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience working with service plans updates related to change of condition
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

Significant change of condition assessments
PRN parameters and other medication related parameters as needed
Supportive device assessments
