Hourly Rate: $20.

Essential Functions & Duties:
* Create sales funnel pages, social media ads, and account location (i.
e.
dashboard) for clients, as well as a variety of client-facing documents and videos.
* Must have personal facebook account and Oregon Drivers License
* Communicate with clients and provide support during the onboarding process
* Work independently and collaboratively to resolve client concerns
* Serve as a liaison between clients and upper management
* Provide exceptional client support via chat, email, video, and phone channels
* Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
* Special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
* Experience with Meta (Facebook/IG) Ads Management preferred.
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer relations role required.
* Must be able to attend quarterly team meetings in the Eugene/Springfield area.
* Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
* Friendly and professional - explain and educate clients in a helpful way
* Interest in learning - become the subject matter expert people rely on
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Organized and Detail Oriented - Accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity
