Cascade Health is currently seeking a Hospice Aide to function as a member of the Pete Moore Hospice House team, providing services to patients and families to assist in delivering compassionate care at our state-of-the-art facility.
If you have a calling towards supporting end-of-life patient needs and would like to share your skills in this unique setting, we'd love to hear from you! This is a per diem position with a variable schedule.
High school graduate or equivalent and current State of Oregon certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Must become a Certified Hospice Aide and obtain a food handlers permit within two weeks of employment, programs provided.
One year acute care or nursing home experience preferred.
Must have valid CPR card.
Desired skills include: High degree of written and verbal communication and computer skills.
Flexible team player.
