Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Description PeaceHealth is a mission minded health care system looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner interested in serving the underserved populations in Florence, centrally located on the Oregon coast.
Practice Highlights: Experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health.
4 day or 5 day work week.
Collaborative working environment.
Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.
