Who We Are: White Bird Behavioral Health (WBBH) is a client-centered, humanistic program based on the belief that all people can develop a healthy lifestyle.
We provide innovative outpatient services for adults over 18 who need substance use treatment and/or mental health services.
WBBH has recently been approved as an Integrated Co-occurring Disorders facility.
The high rate of co-occurrence among disorders leads to a comprehensive approach to intervention that identifies, evaluates, and treats each disorder concurrently.

Position Summary: Who You Are: White Bird Clinic is seeking a motivated, skilled individual who can offer supervision and guidance to our therapists, new and experienced alike.
You are someone who works collaboratively with staff, who can support clinicians in their clinical growth, doesn't mind (dare we say, enjoys) documentation, and enjoys a team environment.
As a supervisor, you are someone who likes to see people grow and develop in their passions and will provide individual and group supervision for addiction counselors getting trained to be QMHAs and for QMHPs getting trained to be CADCs.
WBBH provides a multitude of services including outpatient treatment counseling for individuals in our community who are underserved and underinsured; mental health services, end-of-life counseling, peer support, harm reduction, and acupuncture to name a few.
These services are delivered by both paid and volunteer staff, both credentialed and uncredentialed.
This job entails supervising these clinicians, some of whom are working towards licensure and/or credentialing.
Position Responsibilities Experience counseling individuals, couples, families, and group work.
Experience and credential (or eligible) for providing clinical supervision.
Experience working with clients who are low/no income, also with co-occurring disorders and a wide variety of clinic issues.
Experience with administrative tasks and functions with clear attention to detail and documentation requirements of self and supervisees.
Has knowledge of current Oregon Administrative Rules and how they apply to providing services within the agency.
Carry a small caseload of counseling clients dependent on FTE and number of supervisees.
Provide individual supervision on both scheduled and as needed basis and participate in group clinical supervision.
Review clinical files and approve Service Plans and Assessments within state timelines.
Interface with other programs, agency and outside systems and funders.
Participate in grant/contract development, renewal, reporting, compliance.
Share in the training of new department staff.
Attending relevant department and agency meetings.
Complete new employee orientation training.
Reports to Program Manager for purposes of quality assurance, accountability, and continuous improvement of services.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications LCSW, LPC, or LMFT and 2 years licensed.
CADC II/III or willingness to obtain within a set time frame.
Continued education and training as related to job position.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with clients who are unhoused, have substance use disorders, and mental health issues.
Experience or interest in working in a collective environment.
Interest in a long-term commitment.
Compensation Details: This is a non-exempt position with target starting base compensation ranging between $27-$31.
68 per hour and paid on a biweekly basis.
In addition, this position qualifies for a competitive health and welfare package and generous paid time off opportunities.
