Part-time RN

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures - Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans - Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment - Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning - Provide care for patients with specific needs such as , dementia care, etc.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention - Provide health coaching and support for patients in achieving their healthcare goals Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting - Strong knowledge and skills in the areas of patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center is a plus Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
