Cascade Health is seeking qualified candidates for a Nurse Educator to develop, maintain, practice and teach topics of our Diabetes & Nutrition Education programs.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to treat and manage chronic health conditions.
CurrentRegistered Nurse licensure in the State of Oregon is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.
Previous experience in dietetics providing assessment and treatment plans to clients managing health conditions is required.
Experience facilitating group presentations and group process is required.
Experience in providing diabetes self-management education to clients is required.
Insulin pump training experience/exposure/strong interest preferred.
