Murphy Company is seeking an *ERP / Business Analyst* at the onset of our Infor M3 ERP implementation.
This role will be active throughout the project (2024-2025), supporting the Team and Project as needed in all aspects of discovery, design, testing/validation, training and go-live.
Following implementation, the role will transition to supporting the live system and users, including ERP administration, reports, dashboards and BI, and deploying additional functionality and process improvements in ongoing subsequent phases.
This is a full time position on-site at our headquarters office in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities Include: · Supporting the ERP Team in all project tasks: process discovery & process documentation; design review; solution validation; testing design and documentation; test data sets; training development & delivery; go-live support; data migration.
· ERP Support/Admin: helpdesk, user & security maintenance; provisioning · RICE: Developing, deploying & maintaining Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions There will be a significant technical, business and project management team on the project.
You will be an active member of the team, learning the systems and business processes, and grow into an ERP admin and application analyst role.
A successful candidate will have an education (BA/BS in Business/IT) and/or 3-5 years experience in business process and ERP/business applications; and must be able to quickly absorb and effectively utilize a large amount of technical ERP and business process knowledge.
Analytic/BI skills or a manufacturing background are a plus.
The position works directly with senior management, so strong written, verbal, technical, and interpersonal skills are vital.
