Seeking Direct Support Professional: Periodic Raises and Bonus', PTO, Paid Sick Leave, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Employment type: Full Time and Part Time Positions Start Date: ASAP We are a 24-hour residential group home agency, providing residential services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Eugene area.
Our model is based on mentoring and advocating while providing 24 hour support.
Residents are given the independence to grow and explore their wants and needs, while maintaining a healthy, safe and structured lifestyle.

Current positions: Routine oriented, confident Direct Support Professional needed.
Will work with no more that 3 individuals at one time.

*Hiring: Full Time and Part Time Shifts:* Weekend Mornings Swing Shift Awake NOCS Day shift Evening Shift *PT and FT* QUALIFICATIONS: 0 -1year experience in developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, HIGHLY emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
Ability to be routine oriented, focused and encouraging.
Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record for day shifts.
Must be able to pass a full background checkMust be 18years or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs from time to time.
ENJOY SPENDING TIME WITH OTHERS.
Must have or be willing to obtain a CPR/FA certificate upon hiring.
