Serves as Human Resources Coordinator for the MWMC Human Resources Department.
The Human Resources Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
Facilitates daily HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, tracking licenses and certifications, responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the HR team, maintain personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.
) in both paper and electronic form and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Some examples of job duties include, but are not limited to:
Point of contact for walk-in visitors
Checking general voicemail
Paper and electronic filing
Data entry
Support onboarding of new employees
support the hiring and recruitment process
Employee recognition
Helps administer employee benefits to include retirement plan.
Helps to communicate all benefits to employees and acts as liaison between employees and insurance companies regarding specific claims.

Federal, State and Local Employment laws
Knowledge of UltiPro HRIS preferred

Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position preferred
Strong ability in using MS Office Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.
g.
Ultipro) preferred
Ability to work with ATS software
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Prior Human Resources Experience preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred.
