River Grove Memory Care in Eugene is recruiting a Registered Nurse.
New Graduates are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate must be licensed in the state of Oregon.
The following are the Key Responsibilities for this position: · Establish, promote, train, and maintain systems related to the licensed nurse at each community · Educate management staff on the appropriate use of the Nurse in their setting · Performs audits to determine that appropriate systems are in place and being used correctly · Be willing to hold delegations, performing assessments for new admissions and change of condition – you would be assigned to do this work at one of the facilities.
· RN must be able to work well with others who are of various cultures and ethnic and educational backgrounds.
She/he must be self-directed, be able to work autonomously and to function with a high level of professionalism in a changing team environment.
