*Primary Responsibilities*
· Provide individual psychotherapy
· Perform mental health assessments
· Develop collaborative, comprehensive mental health treatment plans
· Complete clinical documentation
· Maintain an active caseload
*Requirements*
* Master's degree in social work (MSW)
* Fully Licensed in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) OR registered as a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) or LPC Intern (LPC-I)
* Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
* Experience with electronic health records and strong computer skills
* Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical records
* Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes
* Knowledge of HIPAA and 42-CFR confidentiality requirements
* Motivated and driven with the ability to self-start
*Preferred Skills & Experience*
* Experience with and/or credentialing in substance use and co-occurring disorders
* Diverse clinical experience and comfortability in serving individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations
* Experience with diverse populations and age ranges including but not limited to children, adolescents, and seniors
* Experience with couples, group, or family counseling
