We are seeking counselors to join our team! We serve a diverse population with varying needs and all specialties are welcome.
We are actively recruiting Licensed Clinicians in the state of Oregon (PhD, PsyD, LPC, LMFT, and LCSW) as well as those working on their licensure (associates registered in the state of Oregon).
Office furniture, referrals, marketing, training, technology tools are included for you.
This will allow you to focus on your work as a clinician, reducing the administrative workload and providing support with case management and client-related issues.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.
Full-time requires 24-28 billable client hours per week.
Part-time requires 10-20 billable client hours per week, however, you have the flexibility to set your own hours with the opportunity for remote, in office, or hybrid work.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in an appropriate field (required)
• US work authorization
• Associate license or LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD
• Minimum of 2-years providing therapy in a mental health setting
• License to practice in the State of Oregon
• Experience treating mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, PTSD)
• Willing to collaborate with staff and outside providers (if necessary)
• Experience in Clinical documentation, including professional and competent documenting of progress notes, intakes, and treatment plans.

Joy Turner, the owner, has been practicing for more than 15 years, she is a board-approved supervisor with experience running groups and leading teams.
Joy has worked with a diverse population throughout her career.
She specializes in couples, trauma (EMDR trained), grief, teenagers (16 and up) and has over 13 years of Human resource experience.
