We are looking for an Edge Technician that will support our customer edge network and also play a role in major distribution network market builds spanning multiple, often cutting-edge delivery technologies.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a Edge Engineer to help scale a well-designed network to the next level.
Required Skills:
Carrier Grade and ISP experience
Basic router and switching experience
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting networks at OSI levels 1-7
Command-line configuration of switches, routers, firewalls
Network troubleshooting
Assist with designing network systems and processes
Work with Network Engineers to support core
Assist with the design and maintain customer networks
Work with customers on network configuration changes
Support Customer edge equipment
Requirements:
Carrier Grade and ISP experience
Basic router and switching experience
VoIP experience is a plus.
