General Description
This position has primary accountability for driving the company's contract and pricing improvement initiatives as well as overseeing the day to day management for all customer contracts, pricing, and profit margins.
Working directly with the President, Sales Leadership Team, and National Retail Sales Manager this position helps to develop and implement contracts and pricing strategies.
This position works collaboratively with the Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, & Marketing Departments, under the supervision of the Senior Sales Manager.
This position requires strong math and computer skills, attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
The ability to be forward thinking, work independently with excellent communication skills are a must.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a firm understanding of business, sales and profit margins in order to be successful in this position.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
2 years in customer service and administrative support.
Accounting background is strongly suggested.
College degree or relevant training.
Strong math skills and data entry are a priority.
Experience in purchasing is recommended.
Time management, organization and prioritization are a must.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Attention to detail and deadlines.
Advanced computer skills are essential, with experience in excel.
Ability to multi task daily tasks with projects.
Skill set to analyze reports and understand how these affect business.
