Come join our team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Finance Contract Administrator, you will be in a key support role for the Finance Manager and Sales Department to ensure daily finance activities are optimized and completed timely.
You will prepare and process quotes, contracts, leases, and funding, along with other correspondence for the Finance Manager, Sales Department and various other departments.
Additionally, you will conduct and prepare lien searches and file terminations for company locations, perform communication with stakeholders via phone, fax, email, and letters, and complete other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in 10-key.
