I have over 15 years of property management / maintenance / landscaping / tree trimming experience.
My 16 year-old Son also helps me part time.
I offer free quotes for jobs or I can work by the hour.

Services Offered:
Property Clean-ups:
This can consist of any of the following-
1.
) Dump Runs and Free Dump Fees on Recyclable items.
2.
) Donation pickups with no dump fees- as long as the items are not something that St.
Vinnies or Goodwill accepts.
3.
)Yard debris and old wood recycling- low dump fees at Lane forest products and Rexius.
Fees are usually $7-$14 per load.
4.
) Cutting up trees that have already come down, large branches, andsome small tree-felling- as long as I can do it safely.
5.
) Dry Rot Repair- Fences, decks, and some smaller siding / stud repair jobs.
6.
) Plumbing Fixture Replacements and Repairs- Bathroom faucets, kitchen faucets, shower valve repairs, pop-up drain assemblies, kitchen sink baskets.
Sometimes the faucet cartridges can be replaced to stop a drip- saving you money where I can.
7.
) General maintenance repairs- Changing door locks, repairing door jambs, replacing broken trim, re-caulking bath tubs.
Replacing toilet seats, kitchen and bathroom sinks, small bathroom vanities.
Re-hanging towel rods, installing shower grab bars.
Small flooring and carpet patches.
Small drywall patch and paint jobs.
Small painting jobs.
