Recently we bought a larger smart TV and never re-connected the system.
We left all of the wires hooked to the Receiver thinking we would re-connect it.
Husband has a hearing loss, is retired now so watches alot of TV and I don't, so I got him earphones, and saw no need to re-connect.
We bought all of the items new in 1997 or 1998.
