Creswell School District is seeking a Middle School Head Wrestling Coach to join the outstanding coaching staff at Creswell Middle School for the 2024-2025 School Year.
Position open until filled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
NFHS Coaches Certification, OSAA Certifications (Can be obtained after hiring)
High school Graduate
Previous successful coaching experience
Skills in working positively with adolescents
Understanding of successful teaching strategies
Good communication skills
Successful completion of fingerprint screening
First Aid CPR training
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach fundamentals of Wrestling
Plan and supervise practices and games
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel
GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assume a supervisory and teaching role with athletes
Design practices to build match skills and strategies
Cooperate with CMS faculty and staff
Assistant youth wrestling program
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
Middle school teaching experience
Middle school wrestling coaching experience
Coaching Stipends paid at the end of the season.
Actual dollar amount varies based on experience and step placement in accordance with the certified bargaining agreement, Extra Duty Salaries.
